Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher upon return of the item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the gift-giver, the refund will be issued to the gift-giver, and the gift-giver will be notified of the return.
